America Cares for Ukrainian Children provided goodies for International Children’s Day in Uzhhorod. This holiday (like International Women’s Day) is much better known in former Communist countries than in the United States. All children in Uzhhorod are affected by the war. Some are displaced from other parts of Ukraine, and most of them miss their fathers who are serving in the military.
